Every home's own checklist
Add a home by its postcode and it starts with the duties that apply to it: gas safety, the electrical report, the energy certificate, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, deposit protection, right to rent, and any licensing scheme from its council. Each rule links its official source.
Reminders before, not after
One email in the morning, across all your homes: what has gone out of date, what is due soon and any new reports. On Mondays it is the full list; on other days only what is new. A quiet day sends nothing.
