How this works

Four things, and the whole system makes sense.

1. 1.Dates do the tracking

   Every rule on your board wants one thing: the date on the certificate or check. Enter it once — about 30 seconds — and the board derives what's due, what's fine, and when we should nudge you. No date yet? The row stays visibly "We need one answer"; nothing is ever assumed fine.

2. 2.Paper feeds the Pack

   Uploads are optional and live on each rule's own page. A phone photo of the certificate (or the meter plate) is fine. Anything you file lands in Documents and the Compliance Pack carries it as proof.

3. 3.We watch the law

   The sources behind every rule are monitored. When something changes, the new wording is matched word for word against the official text and confirmed by an independent second check before your board or a reminder changes. Silence is never the failure mode; staleness is flagged, not hidden.

4. 4.You stay the judge

   Datestone is a tracking tool, not legal advice. Every rule links its official source, every reminder says why it fired, and anything the system can't verify says so to your face.
