With every home filled, Landlord comes to under £1 a home a month, and Portfolio to about 75p.
- Not per room. The rooms of a house in multiple occupation never count as extra homes.
- Not per person. Invite the person who runs things day to day, or an accountant who can see everything and change nothing.
- Not per tenant or contractor. Neither needs an account, so there is nothing to pay for them.
Questions about the price
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page is the whole charge, VAT included, and nothing is added at checkout. Free costs nothing.
How does the free trial work?
Your first paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You need a card to start it, and nothing is taken for 30 days. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged. After it you pay the price you chose, monthly or yearly.
Do I get another trial if I cancel and come back?
No. The trial is a business's first paid plan only. A business that has had a plan before pays from the day its new plan starts, and the screen says so before you pay.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. In Settings, on Plan and billing, "Cancel plan" opens Stripe's cancel step. A cancelled plan runs to the end of what you have paid for, then the business goes back to Free. If you subscribe as a consumer you can also cancel within 14 days and have everything you paid refunded: section 5 of the Terms says how.

Your homes, tenancies, rent and documents are all kept. A business with more homes than its plan holds cannot add another until it chooses a bigger plan, and a plan is only offered if your homes fit it. The Compliance Pack for any home and the deal screener come with the paid plans; on Free, a Pack is bought one home at a time. And the owner can download everything as spreadsheets whenever they like, in Settings, Your data.
Can my accountant, or the person who manages for me, use it?
Yes, on every plan, at no extra price. Invite them as a manager, who runs things day to day, or as a viewer, such as an accountant, who can see everything and change nothing. An invitation lasts 14 days.
