The dates come from regulations that are still a draft, not yet made, so they could still move.
Questions
My homes are in different councils. Does that matter?
Yes. Licensing is set council by council: a council can make all or part of its district subject to selective licensing. So each home is checked against its own council's schemes. Datestone looks the council up from each home's postcode and says what we can and can't confirm.

Licensing, council by councilCan I bring all my homes in at once?
Yes. Paste a list from a spreadsheet, or upload the file.
What about rooms in an HMO?
On Portfolio, each room of a house in multiple occupation is recorded and its size checked against the smallest a licence allows, such as 6.51 square metres for one person over 10. Rooms never count as extra homes.

The HMO licence guideCan my partner or manager help run it?
Yes. Invite the person who runs things day to day, or an accountant who can see everything and change nothing.
